Ingredients
  Dried onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Bay leaf 1
  Whole cloves 4
  Whole black peppers 4
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Quart
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salmon steaks 12 Ounce (2 Steaks Of 6 Ounce Each)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, mix together onion flakes, celery, parsley, bay leaf, cloves, pepper, salt and water.
2) Heat the mixture to boil.
3) Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
4) Stir in the vinegar.
5) Using a perforated ladle, add the salmon into the onion flake mixture.
6) Cook for 10 minutes or until fish is tender.

SERVING
7) Serve hot on the bed of steamed rice.
