Curried Salmon Triangles
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced pimiento||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced green pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Toast slices||16 , sliced into triangles|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use As Required)|
1. Mash drained salmons and mix with rest of the ingredients, excluding butter and toast thoroughly.
2. Mildly toast the buttered triangles.
3. Divide salmon mixture into 64 equal portions and spread one each of the toast.
4. Garnish Curried Salmon Triangles with minced pimientos and green pepper strips and serve.
