Curried Salmon Triangles

Ingredients
  Salmon 1 Pound
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Minced pimiento 1 Tablespoon
  Minced green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Toast slices 16 , sliced into triangles
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1. Mash drained salmons and mix with rest of the ingredients, excluding butter and toast thoroughly.
2. Mildly toast the buttered triangles.
3. Divide salmon mixture into 64 equal portions and spread one each of the toast.

SERVING
4. Garnish Curried Salmon Triangles with minced pimientos and green pepper strips and serve.
