Baked Salmon With Mustard

Ingredients
  Dijon mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh dill 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salmon fillet 2 Pound, with skin on preferably cut from the center
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350° F.
In a small bowl, combine the mustard, olive oil, white wine, dill, pepper, and garlic.
Mix well with a wire whisk.
Set the fish in the center of a large baking dish.
Brush with half the marinade and bake until cooked through, about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining marinade just before serving.
