Spiced Salmon

The Spiced Salmons are indeed a treat for the seafood fanatics. Also, this Spiced Salmons are garnished with allspice berries and peppercorns to give it that extra spicy feel! Do give it a try.
Ingredients
  Canned red salmon 1 Pound
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice berries 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Peppercorns 8
  Whole peppercorns 1
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Take off the skin and bones from the salmon

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, add in the vinegar, cloves, allspice berries, salt and peppercorns
3) Bring the mixture to a boil and pour over the fish
4) Allow to rest for about 2 hours
5) Drain the liquid and then place the fish in the refrigerator to chill

SERVING
6) Serve the fish on a bed of lettuce arranged on a platter as an appetizer
