Pasta With Smoked Salmon In Yogurt And Lemon

Ingredients
  Plain low-fat yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Thinly sliced smoked salmon 1⁄4 Pound, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-wide strips
  Lemon juice/Lemon zest 4 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped fresh chives 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1
  Pasta 1 Pound, cooked, drained
Directions

Toss cooked pasta with the yogurt.
Scatter the salmon strips on top, then sprinkle with lemon juice or zest and scatter with chives.
Season to taste with black pepper.
