Pasta With Smoked Salmon In Yogurt And Lemon
|Plain low-fat yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Thinly sliced smoked salmon||1⁄4 Pound, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-wide strips|
|Lemon juice/Lemon zest||4 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped fresh chives||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1|
|Pasta||1 Pound, cooked, drained|
Toss cooked pasta with the yogurt.
Scatter the salmon strips on top, then sprinkle with lemon juice or zest and scatter with chives.
Season to taste with black pepper.
