Salmon Party Log

Ingredients
  Salmon 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon, snipped
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Liquid smoke 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Allow salmon to drain well.
2) Remove the bone and flake it.

MAKING
3) Mix together everything except parsley and nuts.
4) Using a heavy waxed paper, figure the mixture into log shape.
5) Keep in refrigerator for several hours to chill.
6) Freeze until firm, if it does not harden, and then place it back into refrigerator.
7) This can be kept for several days.
8) Coat hardened log in nuts and parsley mixture.

SERVING
9) Serve hot.
