Salmon Glazed

Ingredients
  Salmon steaks 4
  Salmon steak 4
  Sesame oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Hot green chili 1 Teaspoon, seeded and minced
  Seeded and minced hot green chili 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Peeled and grated ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon, peeled and grated
  Parsley sprigs 1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
  Lemon wedges 4 (For Garnish)
  Lemon wedge 4 (To Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Season the plank
2. Preheat the plank to 350°.
3. In a shallow pan, place the salmon fillets
4. In another bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients
5. Tip the marinade over the fish and turn well to coat
6. Let the fish marinate for 30 minutes

MAKING
7. Place the salmon in the oval of the preheated plank
8. Bake for 30 minutes or till done
9. Brush the fish over with the remaining marinade as it cooks

SERVING
10. Serve garnished with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs
