Salmon and Ginger
|Ginger slice||2 , chopped|
|Hot red pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. Take some foil and fold the edges to form a tray.
2. Place the salmon steak on the foil and sprinkle over the ginger and hot red pepper.
3. Dot with butter and place in the toaster oven on high or broil for about 5 minutes.
4. Serve hot with a salad of your choice.
