Ingredients
  Canned red salmon 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice berries 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole peppercorns 8
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Discard the skin and bones from salmon.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan put all the ingredients to combine.
3) Place the saucepan over heat and bring it to a boil.
4) Pour the sauce over fish.
5) Let it cover and stand for 2 hours.

SERVING
(4) Drain the excess liquid and serve as a salad or on lettuce as an appetizer.
