Baked Salmon Crisps

Ingredients
  Canned red salmon 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Cracker crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Drain and flake salmon.
Add egg, milk and seasonings.
Shape into 12 balls.
Roll in cracker crumbs and place in shallow baking pan.
Pour melted butter over them and bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
