Ingredients
  Salmon fillets 1020 Gram (4 Fillets Of 170 Grams)
  Melted butter 30 Milliliter
  Cooked crab meat 225 Gram (Snow Crab)
  Asparagus spears 12
  Bearnaise Sauce 250 Milliliter
Directions

Place the salmon fillets on a baking dish.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake in a 350°F (180°C) preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the oven and turn the oven to broil.
Top each fillet with 2 oz (30 g) crab meat, 4 asparagus spears and equal amounts of bearnaise sauce.
Return to oven for 3-4 minutes or until sauce is golden.
Serve at once.
