|Cooked crab meat||225 Gram (Snow Crab)|
|Bearnaise Sauce||250 Milliliter|
Place the salmon fillets on a baking dish.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake in a 350°F (180°C) preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the oven and turn the oven to broil.
Top each fillet with 2 oz (30 g) crab meat, 4 asparagus spears and equal amounts of bearnaise sauce.
Return to oven for 3-4 minutes or until sauce is golden.
Serve at once.
