Salmon Log

Ingredients
  Salmon 1 Pound
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 2 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Liquid smoke 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain and flake salmon.
Add cheese, lemon, onion, horseradish, liquid smoke, and salt.
Mix well.
Chill overnight.
Shape into log.
Chill 2-3 hours longer.
Sprinkle pecans on waxed paper and roll log in pecans.
Chill until served.
