Ingredients
  Butter 60 Milliliter
  Diced green bell pepper 125 Milliliter
  Diced red bell pepper 125 Milliliter
  Sliced mushrooms 115 Gram
  Flour 125 Milliliter
  Salt 3 Milliliter
  White pepper 1 Milliliter
  Chicken broth 250 Milliliter
  Milk 250 Milliliter
  Cooked salmon 750 Milliliter
  Egg yolk 1
  Steamed rice 750 Milliliter
Directions

In a large sauce pan, heat the butter.
Saute the peppers and mushrooms.
Sprinkle with flour and cook 2 minutes.
Add the salt, pepper, broth and milk, reduce heat and simmer until sauce is thick.
Add the salmon and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and whisk in the egg yolk.
Serve over rice.
