|Extra virgin olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Capers with brine||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced fresh parsley||6 Tablespoon|
|Minced fresh cilantro||6 Tablespoon|
|Limes||2 , thinly sliced|
|Toasted sourdough bread slice||2 (Thin Slices)|
1)Using a knife, cut salmon into paper-thin slices (18 slices in total).
2)Upon each chilled plate, place 3 salmon slices.
3)Over the salmon, scatter 2 teaspoons olive oil and dust pepper over it.
4)Scatter 1 teaspoon capers along with brine above it.
5)Decorate each plate by keeping 1 tablespoon parsley on right side of salmon and 1 tablespoon cilantro on left side.
6)Plate up with lime slices.
7)Along with toasted bread slices, serve the salmon chilled.
