Grilled Salmon With Lemon Butter
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried thyme/1 tablespoon fresh thyme||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Room Temperature)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated lemon zest||1 Teaspoon|
|Salmon steaks||4 (1 Inch Thick)|
Preheat grill to medium.
Combine oil and thyme.
Mix butter with lemon zest and juice.
Put butter mixture on a piece of plastic wrap; roll to form a 1 inch cylinder.
Put in the refrigerator (or in freezer if in a hurry) to firm while the fish is cooking.
Brush fish with thyme and oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook fish on medium grill, brushing occasionally with oil until opaque (4-5 minutes per side).
Top each hot steak with 2 thin slices of lemon butter; serve.
