Piquant Flaked Salmon
|Baking potatoes||4 Large|
|Canned red salmon||14 Ounce, drained (400 Gram)|
|White wine vinegar||3 Fluid Ounce (75 Milliliters)|
|Lime juice||1⁄2 Tablespoon (Juice Of 1/2 Lime)|
|Roughly chopped coriander||1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)|
1)Bake potatoes in hot oven.
2)In a bowl, place salmon from can.
3)Flake it using a fork.
4)In a screw top jar, put in wine vinegar, black pepper and lime juice. Shake well.
5)Pour mixture over salmon and let marinate until potatoes are done.
6)Halve the baked potatoes and top with salmon.
7)Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.
