Hot Salmon Cups

Ingredients
  Canned salmon 15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Shredded provolone cheese 3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Minced dried onion 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Refrigerated flaky biscuits 10 (1 Package)
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Drain salmon and flake fish, removing skin and bones. MAKING 2) In a bowl, combine together salmon, half of the cheese, sour cream, celery, sweet pickle relish, lemon juice and minced dried onion. 3) Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. 4) In an ungreased muffin pan, place each biscuit and press them gently to cover the bottom and the sides. 5) Into each biscuit cup, spoon about 1/4 cup salmon mixture. 6) In the oven, bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or till crust is golden brown. 7) Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake further for 2-3 minutes or till cheese is melted. SERVING 8) Remove from muffin pan and serve warm.
