Ingredients
  Canned salmon 16 Ounce (1 Can Or 2 Cups)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Liquid smoke 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones.
Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, and liquid smoke; mix thoroughly.
Chill several hours.
Combine pecans and parsley.
Shape salmon mixture in 8x2-inch log; roll in nut mixture; chill well.
Pass with crackers.
