Smoked Salmon And Potato Pudding

Ingredients
  Peeled cooked potatoes 18 Ounce, sliced (1 Pound 2 Ounce)
  Diced onion 6 Ounce
  Smoked salmon 9 Ounce, diced
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 3 Medium, slightly beaten
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 Medium, hard cooked and sliced
Directions

Line bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole with half of the potatoes.
Add a layer of half the onion and half the smoked salmon.
Repeat layers.
In a bowl combine milk, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper.
Pour into casserole.
Bake at 375°F.
for 1 1/4 hours or until eggs are set.
Arrange slices of hard-cooked eggs on top.
Divide evenly.
