Ingredients
  Salmon fillets 36 Ounce (6 pieces, 6 ounce each)
  Salt To Taste
  White pepper To Taste
  Fresh lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Microwaved asparagus 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hollandaise sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

1. Arrange the salmon fillets in a single layer in a shallow microwave-safe dish. Season with the salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the lemon juice. Cover the dish with vented microwave-safe plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on Medium-High Power for 8 minutes or until the fish flakes easily, turning the fillets and basting after 4 minutes.
