Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
  Smoked salmon slices 12 (Paper Thin)
  Lemon wedges 3
  Black pepper To Taste
  Pumpernickel/Rye bread / toast 4
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Arrange 12 paper-thin slices of smoked salmon on a dish.
Garnish with wedges of lemon.
Have a pepper mill of black pepper on the table.
Serve with thin slices of pumpernickel or dark rye bread spread with unsalted butter.
Very thin slices of toast can replace the pumpernickel, if you prefer.
