Smoked Salmon Scramble
|Cream cheese||125 Gram (1 Packet)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Smoked salmon slices||5 , chopped|
|Chopped capers||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped dill||2 Tablespoon|
Cream cheese with butter and cream, place in pan over low heat, break eggs into pan, stir constantly with wooden spoon until mixture is smooth.
Add smoked salmon, capers and dill, stir until eggs are just cooked and creamy.
