Grilled Herbed Salmon
|Cracked pepper||2 Teaspoon|
|Salmon steaks||16 Ounce (3/4 Inch Thick, Four 4 Ounce Piece)|
|Onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Lemon||1 , thinly sliced|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh thyme||1⁄2 Ounce (1 Bunch)|
1. Press pepper onto both sides of each salmon steak, Top with onion and slices of 1 lemon; set aside.
2. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals. Arrange 1 bunch fresh thyme on grill rack; place salmon on fresh thyme. Grill, covered, 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
3. Transfer steaks to a serving platter, discarding grilled thyme and lemon slices. If desired, garnish with lemon slices and thyme sprigs.
