Smoked Salmon Cracker Spread

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Teaspoon
  Liquid smoke 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned salmon 16 Ounce, drained, bones removed, flaked
  Chopped pecans 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In small mixer bowl beat cream cheese at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy (2 to 3 minutes).
Add salt, lemon juice, onion, liquid smoke and horseradish.
Continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
By hand, stir in salmon.
Spoon into serving bowl.
If desired, garnish with pecans and parsley.
Serve with crackers.
If desired, pipe salmon spread onto crackers.
Store refrigerated.
