Pasta, Egg, And Salmon Salad

Ingredients
  Small elbow macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked al dente, drained, and cooled
  Canned red salmon 7 3⁄4 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Celery ribs 3 , scraped, finely chopped (Tender Variety)
  Hard-cooked eggs 4 , chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Boston lettuce leaves 6 Large (Crisp)
  Stuffed green olives 6 , halved
  Pimento strips 6
Directions

In a bowl, thoroughly blend the pasta, salmon, celery, eggs, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, and mustard.
Taste for seasoning.
Chill.
Place on lettuce leaves and top with the olives and pimento strips.
