Grilled Salmon With Lime Butter

Ingredients
  Freshly squeezed lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Peeled ginger root 2 Teaspoon, mashed
  Salmon fillets 1⁄2 Pound (2 Pieces, 1/4 Pound Each)
  Sweet butter 1 Tablespoon, whipped, softened
  Grated lime peel 2 Teaspoon (Use Fresh)
Directions

1. In glass or stainless-steel shallow bowl combine lime juice and gingerroot; add salmon fillets and let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes, turning fillets over every 5 minutes.
2. In small bowl combine butter and lime peel; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Preheat broiler. Spray nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and arrange fillets on baking sheet. Broil until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 2 minutes on each side.
4. To serve, on serving platter arrange salmon fillets; top each fillet with half of the lime butter and garnish with lemon and lime slices.
