Tender Crispy Vegetables With Salmon

Ingredients
  Carrots 4 Medium, thinly sliced
  Celery stalks 3 , sliced 1/4 inch thick
  Onions 6 Small, cut into half
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned salmon 16 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Combine carrots, celery, onions, water and salt in 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are partly cooked. Combine flour and milk in medium mixing bowl; mix well. S
