Barbecued Alaska Salmon With Hot Sauce

Ingredients
  Whole alaska salmon fillets 3 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 4 Teaspoon, grated
  Lemon peel 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Rinse salmon fillets with cold water; pat dry with paper toweling.
Sprinkle both sides of each fillet with salt and pepper.
Combine remaining ingredients; brush both sides of fillets with butter mixture.
Place each fillet, skin side down, on sheet of well-oiled heavy-duty foil.
Grill salmon on uncovered grill over hot coals 10 minutes per inch of thickness measured at its thickest part, or until salmon flakes easily when tested with fork.
Baste often with butter mixture.
