Smoked Salmon Tea Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
  Thin white bread slices 9 , crusts removed
  Smoked salmon 4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Dill sprig 3
Directions

In asmall bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.
Spread over bread slices; cut each into four triangles.
Top with salmon.
Garnish with dill.
