Pacific Coast Barbecued Salmon
|Salmon steak||4 (fresh or frozen, 1 inch thick)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Thaw salmon steaks, if frozen.
In saucepan, combine butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Brush salmon steaks with butter mixture.
Place steaks in well-greased wire grill basket.
Grill steaks, on uncovered grill, over medium-hot 6 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned.
Baste steaks with butter mixture and turn; grill 6 to 9 minutes longer, basting often, until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
