Smoked Salmon Spread
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Large Package, At Room Temperature)|
|Smoked salmon||3 Ounce, chopped|
|Dry dill weed||1 Teaspoon|
|Bagels/Pumpernickel squares / unsalted crackers||1 Dozen (Cocktail Size, Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
In small bowl of an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, salmon, and dill weed until smooth.
Or whirl in a food processor until smooth.
Spread on cocktail-size bagels.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
