Salmon Ln A Shell
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour/Self rising flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Pillsbury's Best)|
|Milk||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned salmon||1 Pound, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce, partially thawed (1 Package)|
|Chopped ripe olives||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cooking sherry||2 Tablespoon|
|Baked patty shells||8|
Melt butter in medium saucepan.
Blend in flour.
Gradually add milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add salt, cheese, salmon, peas, olives and cooking sherry.
Simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
