Salmon Ln A Shell

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour/Self rising flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Pillsbury's Best)
  Milk 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned salmon 1 Pound, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce, partially thawed (1 Package)
  Chopped ripe olives 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cooking sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Baked patty shells 8
Directions

Melt butter in medium saucepan.
Blend in flour.
Gradually add milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add salt, cheese, salmon, peas, olives and cooking sherry.
Simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
