Grilled Salmon With Cucumber Sauce
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Real, Light Or Cholesterol Free)|
|Snipped fresh dill/1 tablespoon dried dill weed||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Salmon steaks||24 Ounce (Six 4 Ounce Pieces, 3/4 Inch Thick)|
|Cucumber||1 Small, seeded, chopped|
|Chopped radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In medium bowl combine mayonnaise, dill and lemon juice; reserve 1/2 cup for sauce.
Brush fish steaks with remaining mayonnaise mixture.
Grill 6 inches from heat, turning and brushing frequently with mayonnaise mixture, 6 to 8 minutes or until fish is firm but moist.
Stir cucumber and radishes into reserved mayonnaise mixture.
