Simple Salmon Pie

Ingredients
  9 inch unbaked pastry shell 1
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned salmon 1 Pound, drained and broken into large pieces (1 Can)
  Coarsely chopped pimiento 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned peas 8 Ounce, drained
  Egg 1
  Corn flakes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely crushed
Directions

Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
Blend in flour.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly; cook until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add salt, pepper, salmon, pimiento, peas and egg.
Turn into Unbaked Pastry Shell.
Sprinkle with Topping.
Bake at 425┬░ for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before serving
