Smoked Salmon Dip
|Cream cheese||4 Ounce, softened|
|Sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||6 Tablespoon (Juice Of 2 Lemon)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Dash|
|Seasoning||1 Dash (Mrs. Dash)|
|Smoked salmon||4 Ounce, crumbled into small pieces, without bones or skin|
|Dill weed||1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
Mix all ingredients except the salmon until smooth.
Add the crumbled salmon gently.
Serve cold with crackers or pita bread.
This can be made with unsmoked canned salmon and is also delicious.
