Glazed Grilled Salmon
|Dark sugar||6 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||6 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Rice vinegar||2 Teaspoon|
|Salmon filet||16 Ounce (2 Fillets, 6 To 8 Ounces Each)|
Mix sugar, mustard, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a container large enough to hold salmon.
Let salmon steaks sit in marinade for about 10 minutes; five minutes on each side.
Grill on the barbecue or on a grill pan for about 4 minutes on each side.
Bring remaining marinade to a quick boil for one minute.
Drizzle over cooked salmon and serve.
