I used Apple cidar vinegar, Light brown sugar, and Tilapia Filet's fish as substitute's and then I followed the rest of the directions. I marinated my fish for 36hrs. I had to work a 24hr shift an didn't have time to make them up. When I got home, I through a couple of Filet's on the George Forman Grill and in 5 min. I was eating the best Fish I have ever eaten In my life. I'm a fisherman and have eaten a variety of fish all my life. These were the best... Thank You so much for a wonderful meal.
