Salmon In The Round

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Red salmon 16 Ounce, flaked (canned, drained)
  Dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

1. Break eggs into 1 1/2-quart glass casserole; stir with fork. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 18 to 20 minutes or until mixture is set in center. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
