Lemon Poached Salmon

Ingredients
  Salmon steaks 24 Ounce (Fresh Or Frozen, 4 Steaks, 6 Ounce Each)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon wedges 4
  Tartar sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Thaw salmon, if frozen.
In large skillet combine water, lemon juice, onion, celery, salt, and pepper.
Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes.
Add salmon; simmer, covered, 7 to 10 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Remove salmon from liquid with spatula.
Chill or serve hot.
