Dijon Salmon

Ingredients
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Fresh parsley 4 Teaspoon, chopped
  Prepared dijon-style mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Salmon filets 16 Ounce (4 Salmon Fillets, 4 Ounce Each)
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.
Brush each salmon filet lightly with mustard (I also drizzle with a bit of honey), salt and pepper, and sprinkle the top of the filets with the bread crumb mixture.
Bake salmon in preheated oven until it flakes easily with a fork, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
