Ingredients
  Salmon fillets 4
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Brush salmon fillets with oil.
Preheat stovetop grill.
Cook fillets over medium-high heat for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until fish is done to taste.
Fish is done when it flakes easily when prodded with a fork.
Remove salmon fillets to individual dinner plates
