Baked Panko Salmon

Ingredients
  Salmon fillets 12 Ounce
  Honey mustard/Hot sweet mustard 4 Tablespoon
  Mirin 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh thyme 2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Breadcrumbs 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (panko)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400°F.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, mix the mustard, 1/2 paprika and mirin together.
3) In another bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs, thyme and remaining 1/2 paprika thoroughly.
4) Coat the salmon with the mustard mixture and then with the bread crumb mixture.
5) Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 14 minutes until done.

SERVING
6) Serve immediately.
