Pasta Rolls Filled With Smoked Salmon And Cheese

Ingredients
  Manicotti shells 10
  Cottage cheese/Ricotta cheese 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Cooked spinach 4 Ounce, well drained
  Smoked salmon 4 Ounce, chopped
  Pepper To Taste
  Tomato sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated swiss cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Preferably Gruyere)
Directions

Cook in boiling water just until firm to the bite (al dente).
Drain, rinse, and set aside.
Combine in bowl until well-mixed.
Fill pasta shells.
