Pasta Rolls Filled With Smoked Salmon And Cheese
|Cottage cheese/Ricotta cheese||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Cooked spinach||4 Ounce, well drained|
|Smoked salmon||4 Ounce, chopped|
|Tomato sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Preferably Gruyere)|
Cook in boiling water just until firm to the bite (al dente).
Drain, rinse, and set aside.
Combine in bowl until well-mixed.
Fill pasta shells.
