Angel Hair Pasta With Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
  Pasta 1 Pound (Thin, Capellini/Spaghetti/Angel Hair)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped garlic 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Smoked salmon 5 Ounce, cut into strips
  Vodka 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Clam juice/Fish stock 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Pepper 1
  Black caviar/Fish roe 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook in boiling water until firm to the bite (al dente).
Drain and set aside.Heat butter in large skillet.
Add onion and garlic and saute until onion becomes soft.
Add and saute until color changes to a pale orange, approx 1-2 minutes.
Pour in vodka.
Flame it carefully or cook approx 30 seconds on high heat.
Remove salmon mixture from pan and set aside.
Leave liquid in pan.
Place pan back on stove.
Add to pan and bring to a boil for approx 2 minutes.
Add and cook over medium heat for approx 5 minutes.
Add salmon mixture and simmer.
Add to taste.
Add pasta to sauce, combine over low heat until well-combined.
