Mousseline De Saumon
|Flaked cooked red salmon||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||3 Tablespoon (Lighten Up)|
|Stalk celery||1 , minced|
|Shallots||2 , minced|
|Minced coriander/Parsley||2 Tablespoon|
In a medium-size bowl, combine the salmon and mayonnaise and mix until smooth.
Stir in the celery, shallots, and coriander.
Cover and chill before serving.
