Ingredients
  Flaked cooked red salmon 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon (Lighten Up)
  Stalk celery 1 , minced
  Shallots 2 , minced
  Minced coriander/Parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium-size bowl, combine the salmon and mayonnaise and mix until smooth.
Stir in the celery, shallots, and coriander.
Cover and chill before serving.
