Smoked Salmon Spread

Ingredients
  Smoked salmon 12 Ounce
  Cream cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened to room temperature (Nonfat Or Reduced-Fat)
  Prepared horseradish 3 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Minced fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Place the salmon in a medium-sized bowl, and separate it into flakes. Add the remaining ingredients except for the parsley, and stir until the mixture is the consistency of a spread.
2. Shape the salmon mixture into a log. Spread the parsley out on waxed paper, and roll the log in the parsley to coat well. Transfer to a serving platter, cover, and refrigerate for several hours.
