Smoked Salmon Spread
|Smoked salmon||12 Ounce|
|Cream cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened to room temperature (Nonfat Or Reduced-Fat)|
|Prepared horseradish||3 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Minced fresh parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Place the salmon in a medium-sized bowl, and separate it into flakes. Add the remaining ingredients except for the parsley, and stir until the mixture is the consistency of a spread.
2. Shape the salmon mixture into a log. Spread the parsley out on waxed paper, and roll the log in the parsley to coat well. Transfer to a serving platter, cover, and refrigerate for several hours.
