Baked Salmon with Lemon Mayonnaise
|White wine||125 Milliliter (1/2 Glass)|
|Fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Cracked black pepper||To Taste|
Line baking tray with parchment.
Put the salmon on the tray leaving the skin on.
Season with a little salt and cracked black pepper.
Pour the wine over the salmon.
Scatter the remaining herbs, onions and lemon wedges around the tray for additional flavour.
Loosely cover the salmon with a piece of parchment and tin foil and put into a preheated oven (180C/350F/Gas Mark 4).
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, checking in on it occasionally.
Allow to cool, completely, on the tray.
When cool, transfer to the serving tray and garnish with lemon and lime, and homemade lemon mayonnaise.
