Mustard-Glazed Grilled Salmon Sausage
|Dijon mustard||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Combine ingredients for glaze; and salsa.
Grill salmon sausages 2-8 minutes, turning and brushing on Glaze every minute or so.
Remove when lightly browned and hot.
Cut into thin slices.
