Smoked Salmon Spread

Ingredients
  Neufchatel cream cheese 6 Ounce, softened
  Smoked salmon 4 Ounce, diced
  Fresh lemon juice 3 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Reduced fat sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Dill sprigs 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
Directions

1 In a food processor or blender, whirl the cream cheese, salmon, sourcream, 2 teaspoons of the lemon juice, the salt, and pepper for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth.
Taste and add more lemon juice, salt, orpepperifyou like.
2 Transferee spread to a small serving bowl, cover, and chill for 2 hours or over night.
Before serving, garnish with the sourcream and dill if desired.
