Smoked Salmon Spread
|Neufchatel cream cheese||6 Ounce, softened|
|Smoked salmon||4 Ounce, diced|
|Fresh lemon juice||3 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
|White pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
|Reduced fat sour cream||1 Tablespoon|
|Dill sprigs||1 Tablespoon (Fresh)|
1 In a food processor or blender, whirl the cream cheese, salmon, sourcream, 2 teaspoons of the lemon juice, the salt, and pepper for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth.
Taste and add more lemon juice, salt, orpepperifyou like.
2 Transferee spread to a small serving bowl, cover, and chill for 2 hours or over night.
Before serving, garnish with the sourcream and dill if desired.
