Grilled Cedar Plank Salmon

This is a simple dish to make, and the cedar plank gives it great flavor.
Ingredients
  Cedar plank pieces 2
  Salmon fillets 2
  Sea salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Fresh rosemary sprigs 1
  Lemon butter dill sauce 1 Tablespoon (Mccormick)
Directions

Soak cedar planks in water for at least 1 hour. Remove from water and set aside while preparing salmon. Remove the skin and any bones from the salmon and place one fillet on each plank, skin side down. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper, then brush with Lemon Butter Dill sauce. Top with 2 sprigs of rosemary on each fillet.

Place cedar planks and salmon on indirect heat on the grill. Cook for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
