This is a simple dish to make, and the cedar plank gives it great flavor.
Cedar plank pieces
Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh rosemary sprigs
Lemon butter dill sauce
1 Tablespoon (Mccormick)
Soak cedar planks in water for at least 1 hour. Remove from water and set aside while preparing salmon. Remove the skin and any bones from the salmon and place one fillet on each plank, skin side down. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper, then brush with Lemon Butter Dill sauce. Top with 2 sprigs of rosemary on each fillet.
Place cedar planks and salmon on indirect heat on the grill. Cook for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
