|Canned pink salmon||15 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
|Biscuit mix||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Mix salmon and egg in bowl.
Add biscuit mix and stir.
Heat oil in skillet and drop salmon mixture by tablespoonfuls into skillet.
Flatten each salmonette with spatula.
Cook each side until brown, around 2 to 3 minutes per side.
